Light That Announced the Prophet ﷺ - Aug26,'26

🌙✨ A Light That Announced the Prophet ﷺ

The Prophet ﷺ said that he was the supplication of his father Ibrahim عليه السلام, the glad tidings of Isa عليه السلام, and the vision of his mother.

When he ﷺ was born, his mother saw a light coming from her that illuminated the palaces of Ash-Sham.

A beautiful reminder of the honored birth and special status Allah granted His Messenger ﷺ. 🤍

📖 Musnad Ahmad

🤲 May Allah fill our hearts with sincere love for the Prophet ﷺ and help us follow his Sunnah. Aameen.

My mother's demise - Aug19,'26

 MY MOTHER'S DEMISE

My beloved mother passed away on the night of 26th July, 2026 (12 Safar, 1448). She was my EVERYTHING and especially since six and a half years I had close companionship with her as I had to do everything for her though she was able to walk inside the house with help of walker.

May Allah keep all mothers in the world safe and healthy and may their children also serve them with dedication.

May Allah pardon the soul of my mother, turn her grave into one of the gardens of paradise and may she also achieve success on Judgement Day!

Aameen Summa Aameen

نیک اولاد ماں باپ کیلئے صدقہ جاریہ - Aug'26

VIDEO - HOW RIGHTEOUS OFFSPRINGS ACT AS SADAQAH JARIYAH

Aug 2026

نیک اولاد وفات پانے والے ماں باپ کیلئے صدقہ جاریہ ہے

I was searching for a proper mini lecture on YouTube on how offsprings can benefit the souls of parent(s) after their demise. The lecture below seems just right according to the teachings of Islam though we don't need to agree with what is being said after 6 minutes of this clip

10-Minute Walk After Meals - Aug12,'26

10-MINUTE LIGHT WALK AFTER MEALS

"This isn't a workout. It's physiology in motion."

I'm talking about walking after meals. Not a run, not a gym session. A gentle ten-minute stroll after you eat, and it does something genuinely remarkable to your blood sugar.
Here's why it works. When you eat, glucose rises in your bloodstream, and normally your body leans hard on insulin to clear it. But when you walk, your muscles step in and pull sugar straight out of your blood to use as fuel, no extra insulin required. They act like a glucose sponge. Even ten easy minutes after a meal can meaningfully blunt the spike that follows.
And the timing is the secret. The sweet spot is within the first fifteen to thirty minutes after eating, right when your blood sugar is climbing. Wait an hour and much of the window has passed.
So you don't need to earn this with sweat. You just finish your meal and head out the door. It's one of the most accessible forms of medicine there is. Free, immediate, available anywhere.
My A to Z of Diabetes is free to read, and now a book.
