- STORMS -

-    STORMS -

We want to lead this life without any difficulties but nature has its own plans. Storms break us down to remind us that there is Only One God who can remove our problems. Some people are very sensitive, kind, considerate and care about others, but they have to face many storms in their lives. They cry in pain to God, "Why me?" but they fail to receive any answer. Their enemies become delightful and pass judgements that God is punishing them for their sins which adds salt to their wounds. Years pass.....sometimes decades.....a miracle happens?....NO, their wishes do not get fulfilled....but the pain makes them slowly turn towards the Almighty. They then realize, that ALLAH was not punishing them. He only wanted to show them the right path which could lead to Him. That was His way of loving them. He chose pain for them in this life so that they could discover the secret of walking on the path which could lead them towards His mercy in afterlife. With this realization, their lives become peaceful. They stop complaining about their life and become grateful for what they have. This attitude makes them stronger and they become patient towards life's matters. Thus they finally try to live this life in submission to obligations towards God and His creation - the people around them...

Repentance - A form of worship

REPENTANCE - A FORM OF WORSHIP:

Some people come early to Islam, some late. And some never unfortunately. Those who come late, are fed up with the idle philosophies and the emptiness which the world offers to them. Then they realize there is a higher meaning to life. However, even when some people come to Islam early, their faith is still threatened by temptations that seek to challenge their steadfastness. Thankfully, the One God has given them the chance to repent and to straighten their path every time they fall. Repentance is also a form of worship. Repentance is also a weapon for the believer!

"Moments"

This note I wrote in 2010 and just re-sharing here :)

“MOMENTS”

by S Roman Ahsan

You step outside the hall after taking your exam and walk down the stairs. It really feels great that the test went OK, and you look forward to celebrating it with your close buddies. Suddenly you hear your girlfriend laughing. When you turn around, your heart sinks when you see her arm in arm with your best friend. Your joy turns into profound sorrow as your dreams shatter and it feels as if your world has ended. You fail to accept this betrayal especially because you are a decent guy. Tormented and torn apart, you start walking slowly towards home. In the privacy of your room, you turn on your computer and access Youtube.com. The song “All out of love” by Air Supply dedicated to heartbreakers catches your attention and you turn on the volume with your head down on the desk while your innocent eyes shed tears. Suddenly, the phone rings. It’s your cousin who wants you to accompany him to a music event at the Wang Theater. So what are you waiting for? Let bygones be bygones and go with the flow of time!

One-eyed Instruments of One-eyed Dajjal

ONE-EYED INSTRUMENTS OF ONE-EYED DAJJAL (ANTI-CHRIST):

I just want to share a different insight which you might not be able to digest or accept. Do you know Dajjal (Anti-Christ) will be one-eyed and before he physically appears, there will be the system of Anti-Christ operating in the world, as is working today. This system is based on atheist philosophies, interest-based financial systems, homosexuality, fornication, corrupt media sources, pornography and all other godless philosophies which can take you away from God.

NOW - What I have learned also in my 10 years quest for knowledge on End times, that just like the Anti-Christ (Dajjal) will be one-eyed, we have one-eyed material equipment also which is more used for the promotion of those immoral philosophies and content. For example, the camera was invented a hundred years ago, and you can very well see that it is one-eyed. Though rectangle-shaped, but it is shaped like one-eye. Similarly, the television and cinema screens are one-eyed, the mobile phone is one-eyed, the computer and laptop screens are one-eyed. All these devices you can see are more used for immoral and evil content compared to righteous utilization. So if we have strong 'emaan' (faith), we can conquer the evil of these devices, rather than falling victim to them. So beware of the tricks of Satan and let's be strong. And engage ourselves in good learning activities and also make use of good Islamic religious environment in real life, wherever we can access it. ALLAHu Akbar.

Treatment through Qur'anic verses

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of ALLAH, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

TREATMENT THROUGH QUR'ANIC VERSES

Assalamu Alaikum,

In this world, problems and illnesses are bound to occur in our life. We need to ask from our Creator ALLAH Almighty directly for everything and for solutions to our problems and illnesses. However, there is no harm in seeking help from some experts who are not deviated from the main teachings in Islam.

I know someone who is in Rawalpindi. His name is Raja Zahoor Ahmed Sahib  and he treats people who are suffering from psychological/mental illlnesses and other problems/difficulties in life, only with Qur'anic verses. He says the network of Satan make people suffer from psychological or mental illnesses, and we can overcome them with daily recitation of compilation of Qur'anic verses which he has compiled himself with the title "Shifa-ul-qaloob". He does not charge any money from people and observes Shariah obligations of Islam. He is not like the "pirs" and "faqeers" we come across in Pakistan. However, he also says that the people or patients are required to observe fardh obligations in Islam also and abstain from major sins (kabeerah gunah) for the treatment to be effective. If someone wants, I can give you his mobile number. His mobile number is 03009857413 - You can give him my reference. If he does not respond when you call him then don't lose heart and call him some other time. He does not give "Taaweez" or similar items. Only wants you to recite the verses. Sometimes prescribe some special verses also in relation to uniqueness of problem.

Regards,
Syed Roman Ahsan.
