If you don't feel a lot of hope, take a deep breath and a small step towards a goal and or solving a problem or challenge. When you do, you will access your hidden power and you'll begin to feel a bit more optimistic. The more steps, the more power, the more power the easier the steps get. Soon you'll be feeling more hopeful and being stuck will be a distant memory.
