Difference between Takfiri and Afghan Taliban

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TAKFIRI GROUPS AND AFGHAN TALIBAN:

It is true that CIA trained Mujahideen in the Afghan war against Soviets in the 1980s, but the Afghan Taliban who were there around 9/11 were not fanatics or religious extremists. There was absolute peace during their tenure and they did not oppress women or other atrocities among the common people. Poppy cultivation was also almost finished during their rule which started flourishing again under CIA after the 2001 attack. The US and CIA were scared of emergence of the 'foundation' of a true Islamic state in Afghanistan, that is the reason they attacked Afghanistan in 2001 and tried to annihilate the Afghan taliban. Before invading Afghanistan, the West did lot of propaganda against Afghan taliban to defame them and to prepare a moral ground for the invasion.   Even if the Afghan taliban were rigid, they were not offenders at least. They are not the takfiris. The takfiris are those who do suicide attacks on mosques, churches apart from attacking busy market places and Pakistani Army units.

Were there any suicide attacks in Afghanistan and Pakistan in the 1990s? No, they started when the US invaded Afghanistan in 2001 and started funding terrorist groups. Drone attacks made matters worse taking lives of many innocent people and the natives whose close ones were killed joined the terrorist groups, and this way the base of the terrorists started expanding. The Pakistani Taliban are not the true Taliban. They are funded by RAW and CIA to destabilize Pakistan, and they are the real Takfiri groups.
