BE CAREFUL ABOUT MOBILE PHONES AND WIFI AT BED-TIME
It is recommended to place your mobile phones away from yourself when you sleep at night. Like they can be kept on side-tables. Many people keep mobile phones beside their pillow which can be harmful for their health due to signal rays continuously being transmitted from them. Also turn off Wifi at bed-time for the same reason. We are living in an artificial world and we need to take proper precautions for everything.
