Tough Times Ahead - So Prepare




TOUGH TIMES AHEAD - SO PREPARE:
There are tough times coming ahead my friends. We need to strengthen ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually. We are living in END TIMES according to many senior scholars of Islam. The imperial powers of the world are united against the Muslim world. So we have to become serious and whether you are male or female, you should take up some form of regular exercise, .

Take a brisk walk daily and then afterwards jogging, but with the advice of someone who is health expert. Learn swimming if you can, do push-ups, don't watch too much TV or too much of Facebook. Take a balanced diet of proteins, vegetables and fruits apart from water-intake. Say your prayers (Namaaz or 'Salah) five times a day. Start with one prayer a day if you don't say any prayer at the moment but you should carry the intention to reach the target of 5 prayers because that is absolute obligation or 'fardh'.

Respect your parents and care for them. Don't argue with them too much and try to convey your viewpoints in gentle words to them. Help the poor and old people outside. Try to be tolerant if others are not fair to you and pray for me also. JazaakALLAH khair.
