 WATER-INTAKE IN WINTER :

How much water should we drink in winter? The answer is, not more but not even less. Most people drink very less water in winter just because they don't feel thirsty. In some cases, this can even cause jaundice.
Personally, I drink seven glasses of water in winter. In summers, one should drink more than 12 glasses but it also depends on individual needs and condition of the person. Drinking ample water is necessary for good health. One should study this topic from different sources and then try to adopt the right practice.
