SHARIAH - DESTINATION AHEAD FOR PAKISTAN?
Pir Hameeduddin Sialvi on Saturday set yet another deadline for the government, this time for enforcing “Shariah” within seven days or risk protests in every nook and corner of the country.
Demanding Shariah to be implemented in Pakistan is great because the ultimate destiny of this country is Shariah. However, it does not mean we should appoint the clerics in government posts or give them responsible positions.
After the dharna of Khadim Hussain in Islamabad who resorted to abusive language in his talks, the common public in Pakistan is further disappointed by the clerics even if all of them are not like Khadim Hussain.
Let's see how the campaign by Pir Sialvi proceeds. We cannot doubt his intention yet but we still have to be careful.
The man who will ultimately implement Islamic Shariah in Pakistan will be appointed by Allah Almighty Himself in sha Allah. He will not be doing so for any worldly gains or greed. This is what ALLAH waalay have said in the past. Current small steps like those by Pir Sialvi may also pave for his way and ALLAH knows best what is there in the hearts.
