Dear Imran Khan,

Assalam-o-Alaikum!

We appreciate your efforts in exposing the existing corrupt government of Pakistan and how they are fooling the nation with claims of "positive economic indicators" when in reality we can clearly see high cost of living and rising rate of inflation all around the country besides usurping of huge funds in developmental projects. However, there are a few things where we don't agree with your vision. When you talk about first Islamic state of Madinah and the early Caliphs of Islam, then obviously it means you support the system of Caliphate. But on the other hand, you associate that grand system of Muslims with "haraam" Western Democracy (though it does not mean we don't acknowledge the other positives of the Western world) which means you are basically selling democracy under the justification that it is the same as Khilafat. If Khilafat is Democracy and Democracy is Khilafat then what about saying of Obama that "We will not allow implementation of Caliphate"?

Please be proud of your own heritage and think beyond your partial interpretation of Islam and Islamic systems. It's time you add a few more feathers to your crown and be not limited by what your degree from Oxford teaches you. You have also not raised any voice against 'Riba' or done anything to launch Riba-Free financial systems in Pakistan ever since you formed your political party in 1996. Pakistan is destined to be a true Islamic state where laws of Allah will prevail. Justice and fairness (your slogan of 'Insaaf') is one just one aspect of a true Islamic state. This shows that you have confused ideals about a true Islamic state and as an honest leader of Pakistan we expect you to incorporate and promote the whole system of an Islamic state.

Your stance towards Khawarij like TTP has also not been clear and this way you have spread confusion amongst the nation causing divided opinions. And everybody knows what ISIS and TTP have been doing in the name of implementing Caliphate and hence trying to hijack the real concept of Caliphate. Moreover, your announcement about appointing a Qadiani finance minister is also not at par with Islamic teachings and you need to desist from it as such significant positions should only be granted to Muslims. Lastly, please also clearly announce denouncement of cults like Gohar Shahi who have claimed to be Imam Mahdi.

We have serious reservations about the role of 'free media' in these times also which is destroying the moral values of the nation. We suggest that the number of TV channels be cut down to 10-15 only under a strict controlled policy which means that though entertainment should be allowed but not in the fashion of 'everything goes'. Please realize that we have to win the support of Our Creator by pleasing Him and not just the masses!

We hope you will note the above and work on conveying these concerns to the people so that you earn the support of promoters of a true system of an Islamic state as well. May Allah bless all of us and may He remove the hardships of our people apart from the entire Muslim Ummah - Aameen.
