“Hope’s Flight”

The shades of darkness call for a change...

God sent us for a purpose,

But we submitted to treason rather than reason

God wanted us to spread hope,

But we did not really cope

God wished that we carry out His plan,

But we did not support Tarzan, Superman and Sultan

God made us producers, directors and writers,

But we took "ALL" the credit thinking we are great fighters

God is indeed Omnipotent,

But he has "some tasks" for the brilliant

God could just speed up His scheme,

But we mere mortals cannot comprehend the real theme

God desired that we dress people's wounds,

But we ignored all moans in the backgrounds

God loves the faithful in this world,

But He won't reward us fully till the next world

God commands immense power,

But we can never comprehend His mysteries unless we ponder

God will answer all your questions on the 'Final Day',

But till then we need to obey Him and pray

God does not wish that we become losers,

But He will not help us till we set out as sailors!
