IMRAN KHAN'S FIRST SPEECH TO THE NATION WAS GREAT BUT I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU
Imran Khan's speech was great and highlighted some important reforms for the country especially relating to the plight of the common man and nation. Plus cutting down luxurious lifestyles of those in authority and starting with himself first as the Prime Minister of Pakistan is impressive. Worth mentioning that i did not vote for any party in 2013 as well as 2018 since I don't believe in this system.
Now my question. I have followed many conventional and proper scholars of Islam over the years (local and those abroad) by listening to their lectures and reading their writings apart from Western thinkers as well. Why did Imran Khan (official) page on Facebook as well as BOL TV's page mentioned Amir Liaquat as "Maaroof Mazhabi Scholar" (Distinguished Religious Scholar) after his recruitment in PTI? How can you justify this when we very well know that this man (Amir Liaquat) is a fake person who would do anything for money. He uses the spice of his tongue to conjure up magic words but he lacks the true spirit of Islam, everyone knows and he is not at all an Islamic scholar.
I know many of you will not be able to answer my question but think about it with a rational approach.
