WHAT SHOULD PAKISTAN DO IN SAUDI WAR?
Dr. Israr's Qur'an Academy opines that Pakistan should only send troops to Saudia if the sanctity of holy cities of Makkah and Madinah are challenged but NOT to safeguard the rulers of Saudi Arabia. It has been acknowledged that Saudia is an ally of US. Secondly, in an article by Orya Maqbool Jan, it has been suggested in the end that some ulema or scholars are making this latest war seem as if it is based on sectarian issues. Though we cannot really say that this war is NOT based on sectarian strife but a good suggestion by Orya sahab is that the Shia scholars should condemn the rebel groups in Yemen just like they condemn ISIS. And Sunni scholars should condemn the bombing of Yemen by Saudia and killings of innocent civilians, just like they condemn the killings of innocent civilians in US wars.
