BEATING THE MONDAY BLUES

Monday arrives again and here you are after a fun-filled weekend. Getting ready for the office feels like climbing a mountain. So how should you cope with it? Remember that Monday is the first day of the week and you are still required to be on time in office. 

The best remedy against Monday morning blues is to wind up your fun activities on Sunday night a little earlier. If you give priority to your career then you will be rewarded in the long run. Don't hang out with family or friends till late night on Sunday. Sleep on time. 

Before going to bed, write down your tasks in office for Monday in a planner and be on top of things whether you hold a senior or junior position. The more organized you are, the more motivated you will feel to go back to office on Monday. 

Our family and friends should also be on our priority list. However, life is all about keeping an optimum balance between everything. With success in career, you can have quality time with your close ones. Money matters!
