URGENT - How to raise $12.5 billion in 12 months for Basha dam - Proposal by Zahid Yazdani USA

Islamabad sectors of E8,E9 and E10 are occupied by 3 services that is Navy, Airforce and Army.These sectors are the costliest prime real estate in the country and covers 6 square miles. If all 3 services return these sectors to CDA and then sold to overseas Pakistanis at existing market rate of Rs 150,000/syd for residential , each sector will bring $3.5 billion, totaling $10.5 billion and another $2 billion from commercial sales.

Each service can use 25% of funds received for building their facility at alternative site about 30-40 miles away from city for better security and keeping away from civilian population.

This is a win win situation for everyone. Pakistan wins because funds are generated for Basha dam without any loans. Services win because they can build better facilities without any out of pocket cost.

Now it is time for 3 service chiefs to volunteer for sake of prosperous Pakistan. Time is essence as Pakistan is facing acute water shortage in coming days.

We salute Chief Justice Saqib Nisar for addressing the issue of water crisis in Pakistan and starting a fund for dam. It is good of PM Imran Khan to continue that fund and then include his name alongside CJ's for the same fund. In sha Allah, Pakistan will be successful in having a new or more dams. ALLAHu Akbar.
